Rink amide linker is the most popular linker to prepare peptide amides. The Rink amide resin prepared by Genemed Synthesis Inc. is based on poly ethylene glycol resin which offers an excellent swelling property for peptide synthesis. Substitution levels are between 0.4 and 0.6 mmole/g. The resin is compatible with Fmoc chemistry and the cleavage conditions are similar to those for Wang resin.
