GSI risoRNA Isolation Reagent is a ready-to-use
reagent designed for the isolation of total RNA from animal tissues
or cells. A single bottle of RISO reagent is sufficient to isolate
RNA from 25-50g of tissue. RISO provides the researcher with a highly
effective method to recover total RNA from both small and large
quantities of tissue. RNA can be recovered from as little as 5-10mgs
of tissue. The simple protocol allows for simultaneous sample processing
and the entire process takes a little less than an hour to be completed.
The high quality yield of total RNA is perfect for many downstream
applications such as RT-PCR, cDNA library generation, cloning and
other molecular biology applications.
