Genemed siRNA technology provides you a reliable functional small hairpin RNAs, siRNA in either vector or in lyophilized forms for studying gene functions or target validation such as silencing target genes. 

 Genemed synthesis, Inc. has been synthesized genes and provides customer services for over 10 years. We have developed our own proprietary technologies in siRNA synthesis and gene synthesis. You supply us the sequence of a gene or targeted sequence, we can design and synthesize it with the combined technology of solid phase chemistry and molecular biology. Using this technology, we can synthesize genes from 50 bp of siRNA to over 14 kb of vector, or any genes you want at a very competitive price

 Our basic siRNA plasmid vector is as follows:

 

 

·         Promoter:human U6 or H1.

·         Neomycin+, hygromycin+ or zeomycin+.

·         Term: Poly(T) termination signal.

·         Restrction site: BamH I & Hind III.

·         Vector: pRNA vectors

·         Sense/antisense: 60-90 bp insert

 

 

. A small DNA insert (about 70-80 bp) encoding a short hairpin RNA targeting the gene of interest is cloned into a siRNA expression vector. The insert-containing vector can be transfected into the cell, and it expresses the short hairpin RNA
